When the turf is well spread on the field, recheck if the roll size and the roll number are right. After that, make sure the accessories, like adhesive tape, are enough for the installation.

3.Cutting and Trimming
The artificial surfaces can be joined with our special synthetic glue and adhesive tape.
When our turf is manufactured, an extra couple of inches of backing material are kept along the edge of the turf. This extension part runs the length of the turf roll on both sides after the last stitching row of yarn. Before seaming two pieces of turf together, you must remove the extra backing material with knife.

Installer should ensure the pile is running in the same direction. Trim approximately 2-3cm turf at each edge. Unroll the adhesive tape along the joint line on the base and ensures tough and firm bonding of each section.

5. Bonding
Apply the special synthetic turf glue along each edge of the artificial turf backing approximately 4cm into the back of the surface in two lines. Fold over one side of the artificial grass onto the adhesive tape. Then start to fold over another side but ensuring no tufts of grass are crushed under the joint line and keeping the joint to bond tightly together. After the gluing work is finished, it's a good idea to lay bricks on the artificial surface in order for firm sticking.
